Richard Choy
Founder
Richard Choy founded Sure Roofing & Waterproofing from the back of his pickup truck in 1982 and has grown the company into a leading residential and commercial roofing provider in San Francisco.
He developed the Sure Secure Hybrid system over decades of flat roof experience, creating a proprietary assembly that extends roof life by shielding the modified bitumen base from UV and infrared damage. He is a US Army veteran, an avid golfer and a new grandfather.

Chris Testa has been in the roofing business since Jimmy Carter was president and has seen the evolution of the trade over the decades.
His extensive experience allows him to understand homeowners' needs and budgets, and he is always ready to help create unique solutions for customers' roofs.
